Registration Guidelines
- At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference at the appropriate full rate (as applicable to IEEE Member/Non-Member, from Academia/Industry as per professional domain) and present the paper in the conference for it to be included in ICFCR 2026 and subsequent submission list to IEEE for possible publication in Xplore® digital library. If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors must register separately and pay the applicable registration fee.
- Additional authors (other than those included in the manuscript submitted for review) cannot be added to the camera-ready paper. However, anyone interested in attending the Technical Sessions of ICFCR 2026 can register as an “Additional Delegate” by paying the requisite registration fees.
- Each registration covers only one paper per registrant. Each additional accepted paper by the same author can be registered at the applicable registration rate.
- The maximum allowable pages in the camera-ready paper are 6 pages. A maximum of 2 additional pages is permitted at an extra page charge. The additional payment required for extra pages is ₹500 per page for Indian authors of all categories and USD 20 per page for all categories of foreign authors.
- All registration fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax in India (currently 18%) and payment gateway charges. Also, only authors from India are allowed to pay the registration fee in Indian rupees.
- Authors claiming subsidized registration fees for IEEE members/Life members need to produce a valid IEEE membership card at the registration counter at the time of reporting for the conference, failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance registration fee of the relevant category.
- Any queries on registration may be directed to the Registration Chairs of the conference at icfcr@mesce.ac.in.
- The registration fees include the conference kit, admission to all technical sessions, lunch on all conference days, and morning and evening refreshments. Authors are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodation and transportation to the conference venue.
- Authors have to complete the registration process before uploading the camera-ready paper and e-copyright form as per the stipulated final dates.
- No-Show Policy: Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Non-presented papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per the IEEE no-show policy.
- Please note that the authors bear the full responsibility for the originality and quality of their manuscript, and the conference organizers are not responsible for non-publication in IEEE Xplore due to AI-generated content, plagiarism, or any other quality issues.
